We usually confirm booking requests within 72 hours. For private bookings, we need the names of the guests and the desired room occupancy. For group bookings, only the provisional room occupancy is relevant at first.
Unless otherwise agreed, the first deposit of 25% of the tour price is due immediately after receipt of the booking confirmation/invoice. The remaining amount is due 30 days before departure. We accept payments by bank transfer to our Georgian account in EUR and USD or to the WISE account. You will find all details on our invoice.
In principle, you can withdraw from the booked trip at any time without giving reasons. Up to 30 days before the start of the trip, cancellation fees of 25% of the travel price will apply. After that, fees will be calculated based on the time of cancellation. You will find all the details on our homepage under the respective tour description and, of course, in our booking confirmation. Postponements are usually possible without cancellation fees or for a small expense allowance.
