A 4-day charity tour to inspire children with diabetes to explore, grow, and believe in themselves.
This project was made possible through our “Points for Impact” campaign, launched at ITB Berlin 2023, when Georgia was the host country. As part of this initiative, our international partners collected reward points through bookings with us. Unused points – amounting to around 5,000 EUR – were converted into support for a social cause in Georgia.
At Meet in Georgia, we personally designed and led this unique program to combine travel, education, relaxation, and confidence-building in a supportive and joyful atmosphere. The result was an unforgettable journey for 10 children living with diabetes and their 10 parents.
Over four days in Lagodekhi, the group experienced nature hikes, horse-riding, cultural visits, creative workshops, and shared moments that fostered connection and self-belief. Emotional and medical support was provided by a psychologist and an endocrinologist to ensure every child felt safe, seen, and empowered.
A heartfelt thank you to all our partners and supporters – your trust helped turn this vision into reality and gave these families lasting memories and meaningful growth.
