1 Day: Flight to Tbilisi

Arrival in Tbilisi on this day or next day early in the morning. Transfer to your hotel in Tbilisi.

2 Day: Tbilisi City Tour

City tour on foot. Cable car ride to Narikala Fortress. Welcome dinner.

3 Day: Tbilisi - Uplistsikhe - Mtskheta - Tbilisi

Day trip to the cave town of Uplistsikhe and the ancient capital Mtskheta. Lunch with a local family, including wine.

4 Day: Tbilisi - Asureti - Samshvilde - Paravani Lake - Vardzia

Drive and visit the former German settlement of Asureti. Hike to Samshvilde castle ruins. Drive past the Paravani Lake to the village of Vardzia. Dinner and night in Vardzia in a guesthouse.

5 Day: Cave Town Vardzia and Meskhetian Traditions

Visit to the cave town of Vardzia and the nearby Zemo Vardzia Monastery. Introduction to Meskhetian traditions, cheese-making, and shared lunch with locals. In the afternoon free time. Dinner.

6 Day: Vardzia - Sapara - Borjomi - Kutaisi

Visit to the picturesque Sapara Monastery. Continue past the Borjomi spa to Kutaisi. City Tour. Dinner. 2 nights in Kutaisi.

7 Day: Exploring Kutaisi and Surroundings

Start your day with a visit to the farmers' market. Then, visit the Gelati Monastery complex and Bagrati Cathedral. Enjoy lunch and a wine tasting. Back in Kutaisi have free time.

8 Day: Kutaisi - Martvili - Mestia

After a boat trip in Martvili Canyon, visit a tea farm or a beekeeping. Continue to the mountainous region of Svaneti, to the town of Mestia. 3 nights in Mestia. Dinner.

9 Day: Mestia - Lakhiri - Mestia

Optional walking towards the village Lakhiri and back to Mestia. Cable car ride to a panoramic mount. Dinner in a traditional restaurant.

10 Day: Mestia - Ushguli - Mestia

Off-road journey to the village of Ushguli, with a hike in the shadow of Mount Shkhara. Visit the home and gallery of the local artist Fridon Nijaradze. Lunch with locals. Return trip and free time.

11 Day: Mestia - Kolkheti's National park - Batumi

Drive to the wetlands of Kolcheti National Park. Boat trip on Lake Paliastomi. Continue to Batumi. Dinner. 3 nights in Batumi.

12 Day: Batumi City Tour

City Sightseeing and a leisurely stroll in the Botanical Garden.

13 Day: Free Day in Batumi

The entire day is at your disposal.

14 Day: Batumi - Tbilisi - Stepantsminda

In the morning, take a train ride to Tbilisi. Upon arrival, transfer along the Georgian Military Highway to Stepantsminda. Dinner. 2 nights in Stepantsminda.

15 Day: Stepantsminda - Truso Tal - Stepantsminda

Jeep tour to Truso Valley and Gergeti Church. Cooking together with a local family.

16 Day: Stepantsminda - Tianeti - Akhmeta - Telavi

A leisurely stroll to St. Elias Church, followed by a visit to a felt workshop. Then, onward to the wine region. Visit Kwetera fortress. 3 nights in a hotel near Telavi.

17 Day: Explorations in and Around Telavi

The morning is at leisure. In the afternoon, visit Old Shuamta Monastery and the museum in Telavi. Later, visit a cheese factory and enjoy an evening dinner with wine.

18 Day: Telavi - Alaverdi - Gremi - Nekresi - Telavi

Exploration of the monasteries and castles around Telavi: Alaverdi Cathedral, Gremi Fortress, and the Nekresi Monastery complex. In the evening visit a Qvevri workshop and enjoy dinner with home-dishes and wine.

19 Day: Telavi - Tsinandali - Signagi - Tbilisi

Visiting the Duke's estate in Tsinandali and then heading to the romantic town of Signagi. Just before reaching Tbilisi, a guided tour at Giuaani Winery followed by a wine tasting. Checking in at Tbilisi for 2 nights.

20 Day: Tbilisi

After an optional walk in the hills above Tbilisi, visit to the Historical Museum and a farewell lunch. The afternoon is at your leisure.

21 Day: Departure

Transfer to the airport. Departure.
